The President of UOKiK found that Allegro abused its dominant position on the allegro.pl marketplace by favouring its own online store over independent sellers using the platform. UOKiK found that Allegro used information and platform mechanisms unavailable to competing sellers, making independent offers less visible and less likely to be chosen.
