AVAX S.A.

In Decision 642/2017, adopted under the settlement procedure, the Hellenic Competition Commission found that J&P-AVAX S.A. participated in a joint plan for market allocation and bid rigging in public-infrastructure tenders during 2005–2012. The authority imposed a €18,320,193 fine, treated obstruction of two inspections as an aggravating circumstance, and states that the decision is final and was not appealed. AVAX S.A. is the same listed legal entity: the Athens Exchange recorded the change from J. & P. - AVAX S.A. to AVAX S.A. in 2019.
