Color Line AS

The EFTA Surveillance Authority found that Color Line infringed EEA competition rules through long-term exclusive rights at Strömstad harbour that restricted competitors from entering the Sandefjord-Strömstad ferry market. ESA identified the infringement period as 1 January 1994 to 20 December 2005 and imposed a EUR 18.811 million fine in 2011. Color Line did not challenge the decision.
