In settlement Decision 838/2023, the Hellenic Competition Commission found that Attica Bank and other banks participated in prohibited agreements and information exchanges concerning ATM direct-access fees, issuing fees and other banking charges beginning in 2018. It imposed a €143,181.65 fine on Attica Bank. This record is assigned to CrediaBank because Attica Bank is the same legal bank under its later name, rather than attributing conduct of an unrelated company.
