Cyfrowy Polsat S.A.

The President of UOKiK found that Cyfrowy Polsat used prohibited contractual terms allowing it to change the number and types of television or radio channels without treating the change as an amendment that would give subscribers a right to terminate their agreements. UOKiK concluded that the clauses violated collective consumer interests and imposed a PLN 993,597 fine in January 2010.
