The Cyprus Commission for the Protection of Competition found that Cyta, while dominant in fixed telephony, broadband and subscription television, priced CytaVision and a DSL/CytaVision bundle below cost during 2009–2010 with an exclusionary intent. It imposed two fines totaling €1,166,175. On 3 April 2026 the Administrative Court dismissed Cyta's challenge and upheld the authority's legal and substantive findings.
