The Croatian Competition Agency found that purchase-contract addenda between Dukat and Konzum contained prohibited provisions requiring Konzum to observe minimum wholesale and retail prices suggested by Dukat, with Dukat entitled to stop supplies if the retailer failed to comply. For the period governed by the applicable Competition Act, the prohibited agreement ran from 1 October 2010 to 17 January 2011.
