Dunnes Stores

The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission found Dunnes Stores at its South Great George's Street location in Dublin to be in breach of consumer pricing requirements. The CCPC found that the store displayed an incorrect selling price for goods in a way that misled consumers and served a compliance notice directing the trader to display correct selling prices. A separate fixed-payment notice was also issued for failure to comply with selling-price display requirements. The enforcement actions took effect in November 2024.
