Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d.

The Croatian Competition Agency found that Ericsson Nikola Tesla and five other undertakings participated in a prohibited agreement concerning the sale and maintenance of private branch exchange systems. The participants allocated specific customers and agreed not to compete with one another in selling, installing, maintaining and upgrading Ericsson/Aastra/Mitel PBX systems, avoiding price competition. The infringement ran from 1 October 2010 to 14 July 2015. In its decision of 18 December 2024, the CCA fined Ericsson Nikola Tesla EUR 785,570.58; total fines across the cartel were EUR 1,170,968.24.
