Ericsson

The U.S. Department of Justice said Ericsson engaged in a long-running foreign bribery scheme and entered a deferred prosecution agreement in 2019. In March 2023 Ericsson pleaded guilty after breaching that agreement, including by failing to disclose evidence and information related to conduct in Djibouti and China and information concerning activities in Iraq. Ericsson agreed to pay an additional criminal penalty of about $206.7 million.
