Summary
The Cyprus Commission for the Protection of Competition found that Hermes Airports abused its dominant position in the supply of parking space at Larnaca International Airport by imposing unfair pricing terms on independent valet-parking providers. Decision 4/2020 of 4 August 2020 imposed a €475,761.47 fine. On 7 May 2025 the Administrative Court dismissed Hermes's judicial-review application in case 664/2020 and upheld the decision.
