Indra Sistemas, S.A. Rotten Score Breakdown

Spain's CNMC found that Indra Sistemas, S.A., Indra Software Labs and other IT service companies participated in restrictive arrangements affecting public and private procurement of IT services and applications. The authority concluded that participating companies coordinated their behaviour in tenders and imposed fines in its July 2018 decision. Indra challenged the sanction, but CNMC's current case record reports a final May 2026 court outcome dismissing Indra Sistemas' challenge.
