Japan Post Holdings Co., Ltd.

On December 27, 2019, Japan's Financial Services Agency and Kanto Local Finance Bureau took administrative action against Japan Post Insurance, Japan Post Co. and Japan Post Holdings Co., Ltd. following on-site and off-site inspections. The first two entities received partial business suspensions from January 1 through March 31, 2020, while all three received business-improvement orders.
