Summary
The European Commission found that Kemira Oyj participated in a single and continuous EEA-wide cartel concerning hydrogen peroxide and sodium perborate. The cartel involved exchanges of confidential market information, production and capacity coordination, allocation of market shares and customers, and price fixing.
