Kemofarmacija pharmaceutical wholesale cartel finding upheld by Supreme Court
Summary
The Slovenian Competition Protection Agency found that Kemofarmacija and other pharmaceutical wholesalers coordinated wholesale medicine prices, bids to public pharmacy institutions and allocation of public procurement contracts. The Agency found that Kemofarmacija and Salus had coordinated from at least 10 December 2007 through the 14 October 2013 infringement decision. In May 2015 the Supreme Court confirmed the Agency's findings against Kemofarmacija and Salus.
