Kraš d.d. Rotten Score Breakdown

The Croatian Competition Agency found that Kraš and retailer NTL concluded a prohibited agreement containing minimum resale-price provisions. NTL was not permitted to sell Kraš products below agreed minimum prices, while Kraš could retaliate by stopping supplies and withholding additional bonuses. The prohibited provisions were repeatedly included in three successive agreements and were in force from 1 October 2010 to 3 July 2014. The CCA imposed a HRK 1,560,600 fine on Kraš. The Croatian competition authority later reported the case as a final decision.
