The Croatian Competition Agency found that Kutjevo and retailer KTC had a prohibited agreement requiring KTC not to sell Kutjevo products below agreed minimum prices; Kutjevo could terminate the contract if KTC failed to comply. Under the Competition Act applicable to the case, the infringement was established from 1 October 2010 to 15 April 2011.
