LG Display agreed to $400 million U.S. criminal fine in LCD price-fixing case

The U.S. Justice Department said LG Display Co. Ltd. and its U.S. subsidiary agreed to plead guilty; LG Display was to pay a $400 million criminal fine for fixing TFT-LCD panel prices from September 2001 to June 2006.
