European Commission fined LG Electronics in cathode-ray-tube cartels
In its December 2012 cathode-ray-tube cartel decision, the European Commission found LG Electronics participated in unlawful coordination affecting television and computer-monitor tubes and imposed fines on the company, including an individual €295.597 million fine and additional joint liability relating to a venture with Philips.
