Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. pleaded guilty on November 6, 2013 and was sentenced to pay a $14.5 million criminal fine for conspiring to rig bids and fix prices for automotive compressors and condensers sold to General Motors and Mitsubishi Motors North America.
