Natixis Fined €83.322 Million in French Meal-Voucher Competition Case
In December 2019, France's Autorité de la concurrence fined the four historical meal-voucher issuers for anticompetitive practices. It found exchanges of confidential market information between 2010 and 2015 and agreements that restricted entry and delayed the development of dematerialized meal vouchers between 2002 and 2018.
Natixis Intertitres/Natixis received sanctions totaling €83.322 million.
