Posten Bring AS Rotten Score Breakdown

Posten Bring, then Posten Norge AS, was found by the EFTA Surveillance Authority to have abused its dominant position in Norway's business-to-consumer over-the-counter parcel-delivery market through an exclusivity strategy connected to its Post-in-Shop network. The infringement ran from September 2000 to March 2006. ESA imposed a EUR 12.89 million fine; in April 2012 the EFTA Court upheld the infringement finding while reducing the fine to EUR 11.112 million.
