SK hynix Inc.

The U.S. Department of Justice announced that Hynix Semiconductor Inc. (now SK hynix) agreed to plead guilty and pay a $185 million fine over a DRAM price-fixing conspiracy alleged to have run from April 1, 1999 through June 15, 2002. At announcement the agreement and fine remained subject to court approval.
