The Slovak Antimonopoly Office fined Slovenská pošta EUR 330,867 for failing to provide requested documents and information within the required deadline and for submitting false information during an antitrust investigation. The Office's Council upheld the factual findings, legal assessment and amount of the fine in December 2021. The second-instance decision became legally effective on 22 December 2021.
