Summary
In December 2020 the Bulgarian Commission on Protection of Competition imposed a BGN 35,000 sanction on Sopharma Trading for failing to provide complete and accurate information required under the Bulgarian Competition Act in connection with its Pharmastor transaction notification and related proceedings. The CPC established that Sopharma AD had been under de facto joint control during 2014-2016 and concluded that Sopharma Trading had not fulfilled its information obligations during merger review.
