Teck Resources Limited

On March 26, 2021, Teck Coal Limited, a subsidiary of Teck Resources Limited, pleaded guilty in Canada to two Fisheries Act offences involving deposits of deleterious substances into waters frequented by fish and was ordered to pay $60 million. The company was also directed to implement pollution-reduction measures. This record attributes the conviction to Teck Coal Limited.
