Vassiliko Cement Works Public Company Ltd

On 24 February 2023 the Cyprus Commission for the Protection of Competition imposed a €5,070,950 fine on Vassiliko Cement Works Public Company Ltd following findings concerning excessive pricing of grey cement in the domestic market during 2013–2018. The company says it paid the fine plus interest under reservation and sought annulment in the Administrative Court. Its 16 July 2024 announcement described that recourse as pending; no final judgment was identified through 1 September 2026, so this record remains unresolved and does not present the contested administrative finding as a final court judgment.
