In May 2025, L3 Technologies agreed to pay the United States $62 million to resolve False Claims Act allegations concerning pricing data supplied for communications equipment sold to the Department of Defense and other government agencies. The Justice Department alleged that L3 knowingly made false statements and caused false claims by failing to disclose accurate, current and complete cost or pricing data for equipment used in military and intelligence operations.
