Kythreotis Holdings Public Limited and three other quarry operators exchanged commercially sensitive information to coordinate aggregate prices and restrict output during 2012–2014. The authority imposed a €143,049 fine on the listed holding company in 2025. A separate €409,898 fine imposed on its K.
