K. Kythreotis Holdings Public Limited

The Cyprus Commission for the Protection of Competition found that K. Kythreotis Holdings Public Limited and three other quarry operators exchanged commercially sensitive information to coordinate aggregate prices and restrict output during 2012–2014. The authority imposed a €143,049 fine on the listed holding company in 2025. A separate €409,898 fine imposed on its K. Kythreotis–Skyrodema subsidiary is deliberately not attributed to the parent in this record. The company's 4 November 2025 market announcement said it intended to challenge the decision, and no final court outcome was identified through 1 September 2026; the matter is therefore marked unresolved.
